About the role

ZAYA Jewelry is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join its luxury boutique team in Amman. The role involves delivering a high‑touch boutique experience, supporting clients with styling advice, and operating specialized in‑store services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a luxury greeting, provide styling recommendations, and share product care stories.
• Operate specialized stations after certification, including bracelet welding, laser engraving, cord knotting, and piercing support.
• Process sales transactions, manage POS registers, and maintain CRM records for follow‑ups.
• Maintain immaculate visual merchandising, follow brand planograms, and keep displays organized.
• Perform daily stock counts, organize inventory drawers, and secure high‑value jewelry pieces.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion, jewelry styling, and exceptional customer service.
• Full availability for 6‑hour and 9‑hour shifts between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM at Sweifieh Village and Dabouq Village.
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow handover protocols.
• Adherence to ZAYA’s luxury boutique dress code and professional floor appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication in Arabic and English with attention to detail.
