Junior Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to join our office in Amman. The successful candidate will support the design and analysis of building structures, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations and analysis for assigned projects.
• Design structural elements using industry‑standard methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated solutions.
• Create detailed plans and models with CAD and Revit software.
• Prepare and review structural shop drawings to match project scope.
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with technical specifications.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ETABS and SAFE for structural analysis.
• Competence with Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Experience using Revit for building modeling.
