Klaviyo Account Manager & Email Strategist for E‑commerce Brands

About the role

AA Sends, a leading email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing agency in the MENA region, is looking for a Klaviyo Account Manager / Email Strategist to own end‑to‑end client relationships for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. You will be the bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring retention, performance and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full email marketing strategies, including automated flows and weekly campaigns.
• Build, test and optimise high‑converting pop‑up forms.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, leading calls and responding promptly.
• Handle client‑requested email revisions and involve the team only when necessary.
• Lead a pod of specialists, conducting daily check‑ins and ensuring quality and deadline adherence.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks such as rapid message response, status reporting, Klaviyo audits, A/B testing, performance decks and profile clean‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client accounts in a digital marketing or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on error‑free email delivery.
