Lead Analyst – Paid Search & Marketing

About the role

Equiti is seeking a detail‑oriented Lead Analyst to join its Marketing team in Amman. You will own the end‑to‑end management of always‑on search engine marketing campaigns, driving commercial KPIs while collaborating across paid social, direct and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build, optimise and A/B test search engine marketing campaigns for cost efficiency and performance.
• Design strategies based on historical data, market trends and regional nuances.
• Report on and troubleshoot issues such as under‑pacing, creative rejections and tag failures.
• Traffic diverse creative formats through the ad‑server to specification.
• Leverage CRM, CDP and other mar‑tech tools to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Maintain technology and publisher relationships and explore new partnership opportunities.
• Support reconciliation and finance processes related to campaign spend.

Required profile

• 5+ years of buy‑side campaign management experience in a media agency, in‑house trading desk or ad‑tech environment.
• Strong understanding of paid search (Google Ads) technology, ad‑serving and attribution.
• Ability to work within an integrated multi‑channel team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline is a plus but not mandatory.
