About the role
We are seeking a Legal Manager to lead our labour‑law compliance across Jordan, the UAE and Egypt. The role will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure alignment with local regulations, support HR operations and act as the primary point of contact for all employment‑law matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on Jordanian labour legislation.
- Support compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Review and advise on employment contracts, policies and HR practices.
- Ensure organizational alignment with local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
- Monitor legislative updates and advise management on potential impacts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in employment or labour law.
Required skills
- Strong expertise in Egyptian labour laws.
- Working knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in business contexts.
