Legal Manager – Labour Law Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Legal Manager to oversee labour law compliance across several jurisdictions. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on Jordanian, UAE and Egyptian employment regulations, ensuring that our HR policies, contracts and practices are fully aligned with local legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance related to Jordanian labour laws.
- Support compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Review and advise on employment contracts, policies and HR practices.
- Ensure organizational alignment with local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in employment or labour law.
Required skills
- Strong expertise in Egyptian labour laws.
- Working knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in business contexts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
