Life Insurance Sales Consultant

About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Jordan. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, presenting tailored life‑insurance solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate life‑insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and meet or exceed individual sales goals each month.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, share market insights, and drive overall growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in life‑insurance sales.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and strong motivation to achieve targets.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car for field activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

• Comfortable using digital devices for data entry and communication.
