Linux and Windows Administrator - Banking

About the role

Nair Systems is seeking a Linux and Windows Administrator to support its banking operations in Qatar. The role involves managing both Linux and Windows server environments to ensure high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
• Manage Linux distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ubuntu, and CentOS.
• Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor server performance, system health, availability, and resource utilization.
• Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and security updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and authentication.
• Configure and maintain file systems, storage, and disk partitions.
• Perform backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.

Required profile

• Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
• Familiarity with Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Ability to monitor system performance and handle routine maintenance tasks.
