About the role

Join HTT – High Tech Talents, an outsourcing company in Jordan supporting international clients, as a Logistics Coordinator. You will manage end‑to‑end import and export shipments across sea, air, and land, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end import and export shipments across sea, air, and land transportation.
• Coordinate shipment bookings, transportation planning, tracking, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Negotiate freight and transportation rates and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipments, address delays, documentation issues, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate logistics data using ERP, TMS, CRM systems.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery performance, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular logistics and performance reports for management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
