Marketing and Sales Specialist – Lead Generation

About the role

Acuative is looking for a Marketing and Sales Specialist to join its Amman office. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads for telecom solutions across the United States and the Middle East, using data‑driven prospecting and AI‑enhanced content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target decision‑makers in retail, finance and public‑sector organisations using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Cleanse, match and validate lead data to maintain an accurate prospect database.
• Design, execute and optimise personalised email campaigns that showcase Acuative’s SD‑WAN, 5G and unified communications offerings.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to produce marketing documents, sales collateral and social‑media posts for US and Middle‑East audiences.
• Build, segment and prioritise sales‑lead lists for regional sales teams.
• Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts and other social‑media content aligned with campaign goals.
• Develop a comprehensive 12‑month marketing plan, including calendars, budgets and performance benchmarks.
• Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
