Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Manager – Crypto

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Manager to drive personalized experiences for traders and crypto users across our digital asset ecosystem. You will design, launch and optimise automated campaigns that boost engagement, retention and lifetime value in a fast‑moving, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing automation strategies on web, app and trading interfaces using platforms such as Braze.
• Build, launch and continuously optimise lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, KYC completion, first trade activation, deposits, re‑engagement).
• Analyse user behaviour to create segmented, multi‑channel communication flows (email, push, in‑app, SMS).
• Track and report on performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, retention) and build dashboards for senior management.
• Collaborate with product, growth, compliance and trading teams to ensure consistent messaging and regulatory compliance.
• Lead experimentation through A/B testing and personalisation to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, preferably in fintech, crypto or online trading.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to performance tracking.
• Understanding of crypto regulations, KYC/AML requirements and digital‑asset markets.
