Marketing Coordinator – Campaign & Event Support

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in executing campaigns, managing events, and handling administrative tasks across multiple offices worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across print, OOH, TV, and radio while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign progress, track new OOH/DOOH locations, and evaluate sponsorship proposals.
• Support event planning, logistics, venue negotiations, and on‑site coordination.
• Maintain marketing calendars, process invoices and purchase orders, and archive contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and agencies to secure approvals and gather performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of campaign management, sponsorships, branding, and media channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Canva and Adobe Suite.
