Marketing Copywriter – Full‑time, On‑site in Amman

About the role

The Growth Pillars is seeking a Marketing Copywriter to join its Amman office. You will create clear, persuasive copy for a variety of digital channels, helping clients transition to successful online businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align messaging with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Research target audiences, industries, and competitors to inform content ideas.
• Draft, edit, and revise copy, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Optimize content for SEO and other digital channel best practices.
• Review performance data and refine copy to boost engagement and conversions.
• Contribute to campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Strong marketing copy and writing skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
• Experience in marketing and digital marketing, understanding online customer journeys.
• Proficiency in web content writing and basic SEO principles.
• Excellent command of written English, with solid editing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to research industries, audiences, and competitors.
• Comfort working on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in e‑commerce or digital agencies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
