Marketing & Customer Success Internship

About the role

SorsX is seeking a Marketing & Customer Success Intern to support its client‑facing team. You will help onboard new users, gather feedback, and contribute to improving the overall client experience on our AI‑driven recruiting platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training and support on the SorsX platform.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and collect feedback.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for success initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on customer success metrics.
• Support process‑improvement projects to enhance client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up on outstanding issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for better customer engagement.
• Create documentation and resources for internal use.
• Engage in conflict resolution to address client concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
