Marketing Officer

About the role

Shalati is looking for a full‑time Marketing Officer to join its Amman office. You will plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns and help boost brand visibility across both traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategy.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage social media content creation, scheduling and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend optimisations.
• Support customer engagement activities to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing and market research with proven ability to develop effective campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content planning and performance tracking.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Sales awareness to support targeted marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in retail or service‑oriented industries is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and analytics; willingness to learn new platforms.
