Marketing & Sales Specialist – Lead Generation

About the role

Acuative is looking for a Marketing & Sales Specialist to join its Amman office. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads for the company’s telecom solutions across the US and Middle East markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target decision‑makers in retail, finance and public‑sector organisations using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Cleanse, match and validate lead data to maintain an accurate prospect database.
• Design, execute and optimise personalised email campaigns, leveraging AI tools for region‑specific copy.
• Create marketing documents, sales collateral and social‑media posts with AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Build, segment and prioritise sales‑lead lists for regional sales teams.
• Develop and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts and other social‑media content.
• Draft a comprehensive 12‑month marketing plan, including campaign calendars, budgets and performance benchmarks.
• Manage lead information in Salesforce, tracking progress and creating new sales opportunities.
