About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote, full‑time position you will develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize company social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
• Maintain website content and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
