Marketing Strategy Manager

About the role

WUDUH, the Jordanian hub for a U.S.-based financial settlement solutions company, is seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager to shape and execute marketing plans that drive growth and revenue. You will act as the primary strategic advisor, ensuring data‑driven decisions and alignment across all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that support business objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor and industry trends, and forecast customer needs.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the marketing and communications team.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize campaigns and content.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Lead brand initiation and go‑to‑market strategies for new entities, ensuring clear positioning and launch readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, or communications.
• Proven leadership or project‑management experience within marketing.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
