Microsoft 365 Modern Work Expert

About the role

A highly skilled Microsoft 365 Modern Work Expert is sought, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud identity, security and compliance, endpoint management and enterprise migration projects. The role covers designing, implementing, securing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, including enterprise-scale E3/E5/E7 setups, with strong troubleshooting, solution architecture and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive; write PowerShell scripts; manage licensing and troubleshoot
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM and access governance
• Implement Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Purview, DLP, information protection, retention policies and eDiscovery
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device enrollment and endpoint security policies
• Plan and execute Exchange hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations, and Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive migrations
• Design secure, scalable solutions, perform root-cause analysis, document architectures and support enterprise customers

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, implementation, security and enterprise support
• Proven experience with enterprise Microsoft 365 E3/E5 environments, with exposure to E7
• Ability to work independently, manage technical projects and engage with enterprise customers
• Mandatory: at least three of the four listed Microsoft certifications, plus substantial practical experience matching them
