Mid-Level Architect & Interior Designer

About the role

The Mid-Level Architect & Interior Designer will drive the creative vision of our studio, turning client briefs into compelling concepts, detailed spatial layouts, and complete technical drawing packages. You will lead design presentations and mentor junior designers while ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, colour schemes and spatial plans that meet client objectives and budgets.
• Produce and manage full construction drawing sets, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, elevations and detailed joinery/furniture drawings.
• Select, specify and source Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), creating physical and digital sample boards for client approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers, custom furniture workshops and craftsmen to verify dimensions, availability and lead times, proposing value‑engineered alternatives when needed.
• Maintain drawing registers and version control throughout each project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high‑end residential or commercial projects.
• Solid understanding of how interior design details translate to construction, with on‑site supervision experience considered a plus.
