Multi-Property Assistant Director of Sales

About the role

The Multi-Property Assistant Director of Sales supports the property’s segmented sales efforts across groups, transient, association, corporate and other segments. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while meeting personal booking goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales leader to understand and execute segment sales strategies.
• Develop and sustain an aggressive solicitation program to increase business.
• Create and implement sales plans addressing revenue, customers and market needs.
• Assist in developing internal and external promotions.
• Provide leadership to maximize revenue potential and set booking goals for the team.
• Approve space releases for catering and participate in sales calls to acquire or close business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and manage customer correspondence.
• Analyze market data using sales systems and support revenue projections.
• Review guest satisfaction results to identify improvement areas.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and gather guest feedback on product quality.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
