Multi Property Director of Rooms

About the role

The Multi Property Director of Rooms leads the strategic direction of Rooms Operations across multiple properties, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance are achieved. Reporting to the Executive Committee, this senior leader oversees Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Laundry, Spa, and Housekeeping functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the brand’s business plan.
• Monitor and drive profitability by analyzing guest satisfaction drivers and service trends.
• Manage revenue goals, occupancy, rates, wages, and controllable expenses against budget.
• Lead department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and associate satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement of the guest experience.
• Ensure all Rooms departments meet Marriott brand standards and service initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with at least 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience.
• Proven background in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and leadership capabilities.
