About the role
This position manages day‑to‑day activities for the hotel’s social media channels, establishing long‑range objectives and strategies to boost brand visibility and guest engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars, monitor online conversations, and engage with communities around hotel topics.
- Integrate property‑specific and brand messaging into a compelling online presence.
- Measure the impact of online activities on overall business performance.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide courteous guest interactions, answer phones professionally, and uphold quality assurance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience in social media or hospitality marketing.
- Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform basic physical tasks.
- Professional appearance and clear communication skills.
