Music Teacher (International School)

About the role

Amman Academy, an IB World School in Jordan, is seeking a passionate Music Teacher to join its bilingual (English‑Arabic) community. You will work with students aged 3 to 19, delivering a comprehensive music curriculum that supports the school’s commitment to creativity, well‑being and educational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess music lessons across all grade levels.
• Develop and adapt curriculum to meet IB standards and the school’s bilingual environment.
• Organise performances, concerts and extracurricular music activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music with other subjects.
• Participate in demo classes, written assessments and multiple interview stages as part of the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of music theory and practice.
