About the role
Regolith is seeking an IT Support Specialist to perform technical tasks on company devices based on client requirements. This on‑demand, part‑time role is primarily home‑based, with occasional in‑person equipment collection or handover.
Key responsibilities
- Install and upgrade operating systems on company devices.
- Perform device memory wiping, formatting, and unlocking as authorized.
- Coordinate equipment collection and handover with the Logistics Support Associate.
- Execute additional IT tasks assigned by Regolith or its clients.
Required profile
- Practical experience in IT support or computer maintenance.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills for coordinating equipment handovers.
Required skills
- Operating system installation and upgrade (macOS, Windows).
- Device formatting and memory wiping.
- Device unlocking procedures.
