Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to own and grow the supply engine that powers our global AI recruitment advertising platform. You will be responsible for identifying new partner channels, negotiating commercial terms, launching integrations and driving performance across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate untapped supply channels worldwide.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with new and existing partners.
• Coordinate with product and engineering to integrate partner feeds and resolve technical blockers.
• Monitor partner performance dashboards, diagnose issues and implement optimisations.
• Build automation workflows to streamline reporting and operational processes.
• Develop and present partner growth road‑maps to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in partnerships, supply operations, business operations or client‑facing roles, preferably in SaaS, Ad Tech, HR Tech or recruitment advertising.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns in data.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous startup environment.
• Passion for process improvement and automation.
