Performance Marketing Manager (Remote – Jordan)

About the role

WAFY is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid acquisition strategy and drive measurable growth across the Saudi market. If you are passionate about data‑driven marketing, performance optimisation and scaling digital campaigns, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Optimize customer acquisition, app installs and booking conversions.
• Own campaign budgets, attribution, ROAS, CAC and performance reporting.
• Run continuous A/B testing and translate insights into measurable growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Creative and Commercial teams to maximise campaign performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Background in marketplaces, e‑commerce or mobile apps.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
