About the role

Join Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency, as a Performance Marketing Specialist. You will manage high‑volume paid media campaigns for leading regional brands, driving growth and meeting ROI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, maintain, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee performance growth and adjust campaigns to meet client ROI goals.
• Continuously analyze performance data and produce detailed reports.
• Manage budgets efficiently across all advertising engines.
• Craft compelling pay‑per‑click ad copy and conduct A/B testing.
• Report on KPIs, calculate Cost‑Per‑Lead, project spend, and adapt to demand and seasonality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
• Background in marketing or advertising is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize large‑scale paid media campaigns.

Required skills

• Google Ads (AdWords) and Google Ads Editor.
• Google Analytics.
• Facebook Ads Manager.
• Keyword research, campaign build‑out, ad creation, and A/B copy testing.
• Bid management and lead generation.
• Experience with Google Display Network and overall display advertising.
• Retargeting/remarketing techniques.
