Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Amman. You will own paid digital campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI maximisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns to meet lead generation and acquisition targets.
• Track and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing and ongoing ad experiments to boost performance.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
• Implement and maintain tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
• Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven optimisation decisions.
• Analyse audience behaviour, campaign results, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, and ROAS optimisation.
• Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
