Preschool Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Preschool Director to lead the daily operations of a reputable early years institution. The successful candidate will shape a nurturing, child‑centered learning environment while ensuring high standards of education, safety and parent satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the preschool’s daily operations and administrative processes.
• Supervise, coach and develop teaching and support staff to deliver high‑quality early childhood education.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns professionally.
• Manage admissions, enrolment, scheduling, reporting and operational systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting growth and quality enhancement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an early years or preschool setting, with proven leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in bilingual or international preschool environments is highly desirable.
