Principal Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Principal Performance Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise full‑funnel demand‑generation programmes. You will turn paid and organic activities into qualified pipeline and revenue, acting as the growth team’s subject‑matter expert on channel strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting, focusing on pipeline efficiency metrics such as CPL and CPA.
• Support account‑based and intent‑driven initiatives targeting enterprise customers in the MENA region.
• Continuously test bidding strategies, audience segments and creative assets to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Web and Product teams to enhance landing‑page conversion rates.
• Drive organic search growth through SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO) initiatives.
• Manage inbound lead flows, nurture journeys and lead‑scoring models using marketing automation platforms.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience building high‑performance demand‑generation programmes in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and Sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, creative attitude.
