Private Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

Jordan Kuwait Bank is looking for an experienced banking professional to join its Private Banking team. The role focuses on developing and managing a high‑value portfolio of High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNW clients while delivering a distinctive Private Banking experience.
• Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships to drive sustainable portfolio growth and profitability.
• Assess clients’ financial needs and provide tailored banking, credit, investment, and wealth‑related solutions in collaboration with relevant business and product teams.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and maximize overall relationship value.
• Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and emerging client needs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage client relationships against agreed business objectives.
• Ensure full adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory requirements, and the bank’s internal policies and risk framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business administration, economics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Elite/Priority Banking, or HNW relationship management.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth and relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and client orientation.
