Professional Development & Training Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

Seesaw is seeking a part‑time contractor to join its Professional Learning team. You will use your classroom experience to deliver engaging, bilingual (English and Arabic) training sessions that help teachers and administrators get the most out of Seesaw and Little Thinking Minds solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver virtual or onsite professional development sessions for groups of teachers and occasional administrators.
• Monitor calendar, Slack and email daily to manage session bookings and updates.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to schedule and confirm training.
• Maintain pre‑ and post‑session documentation, share follow‑up resources, and record notes in the designated system.
• Stay current on new Seesaw features and related support resources.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues promptly, keeping stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of primary‑grade teaching experience.
• Experience coaching educators or delivering professional development is a plus.
• Strong presentation abilities and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Highly organized, flexible, quick learner with critical‑thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel when required, especially during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Seesaw learning platform.
• Familiarity with Little Thinking Minds (LTM) tools.
• Comfort using Slack and other virtual communication tools.
