Program Support Manager – Secondment to Justice Centre for Legal Aid

About the role

The Programme Support Manager will be seconded full‑time to the Justice Centre for Legal Aid (JCLA) in Amman. The role focuses on strengthening JCLA’s grant management, fundraising and MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) systems to ensure programme quality, accountability and evidence‑based decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NRC, JCLA and donor regulations, strengthening internal grant management processes and reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, prepare high‑quality concept notes, proposals, budgets and donor reports.
• Provide technical oversight of MEAL systems, complaint‑feedback mechanisms and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and improve Project Cycle Management processes and build capacity of staff and partners.
• Coordinate with JCLA’s Executive Director and other stakeholders to align activities with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Experienced humanitarian professional with a proven track record in donor engagement and grants management.
• Strong understanding of the Jordanian context, national NGOs and civil‑society dynamics.
• Strategic mindset with experience strengthening institutional systems in fundraising, grants and MEAL.
• Legally eligible to work in Amman, Jordan (no visa sponsorship available).
