About the role
Project Architect role involves day‑to‑day involvement in development of project design activities from early stage design through construction documentation. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Architect and Design Manager, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality design solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to project deadlines and maintain design quality standards.
- Develop project deliverables, BIM models, and construction drawings while ensuring code compliance.
- Coordinate design efforts with architecture team and other disciplines such as civil, structure, MEP, and landscape.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with at least 7 years of experience, including 2 years in Project Architect responsibilities.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the GCC region.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
