Project Lead – Language Services

About the role

As a Project Lead at Tarjama&, you will oversee multiple language‑related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. You will act as the main communication bridge between operations teams and clients, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts, maintain client satisfaction, and achieve profitable project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on revenue forecasting, cost management, and preparation of quotes and invoices.
• Assign tasks, monitor completion, and report progress using project management tools.
• Coordinate with language professionals to guarantee high‑quality deliverables that meet client specifications.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, contribute to process improvements, and document project plans, reports, and communications.
• Lead client conference calls and meetings, capture minutes, and distribute action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, industrial engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in the localisation industry.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Project management software (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, other PM tools).
• Financial management – budgeting, forecasting, invoicing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
