Project Manager - IT and E-commerce Projects

About the role

Arkan Tech is an IT solutions company that helps businesses streamline operations through ERP systems and process automation, with a focus on e-commerce. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager in Amman to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of IT and e-commerce projects, keeping them on time, within scope and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources
• Define project requirements and create project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and prepare status reports
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and align project objectives with operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Required profile

• Experience managing IT or ERP implementation projects, preferably in e-commerce or process automation
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related field
• Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
