Project Manager - IT and Innovation Department

About the role

Jerusalem Insurance (JICO), one of Jordan's leading insurers offering personal and corporate insurance products, is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager for its IT and innovation department. The role leads cross-functional teams and ensures projects are planned, executed and delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor progress and address risks and issues proactively
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
• Prepare project documentation, reports and presentations
• Facilitate meetings and keep communication clear with all stakeholders
• Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus
