Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead client projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, managing resources, risks, and communications to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams (Product Development, Customer Success, Support) to allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, maintain a risk log, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide regular updates to clients, facilitate milestone reviews, and manage scope changes.
• Track performance against KPIs, generate status reports, and conduct post‑project evaluations.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed, tested, approved, and hand over to Customer Success for ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
