About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead road construction projects in Aqaba, Jordan. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning to completion while ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress, ensure timely completion within budget, and report to senior management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Supervise project teams, communicate effectively, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in road construction projects.
- Resident of Aqaba, Jordan.
Required skills
- Road construction methods and technical specifications.
- Project management principles, including budgeting and scheduling.
