Proposals Coordinator (Amman, Jordan)

About the role

The Proposals Coordinator will be based on‑site in Amman and will lead the end‑to‑end coordination of proposal development for WEE Pros, a global consulting firm active in water, energy and environmental sectors. The role ensures that every bid complies with client and donor requirements while meeting internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Track and log new proposal opportunities and maintain a central opportunity database.
• Develop and manage detailed proposal timelines, assigning tasks to technical experts, finance staff and project managers.
• Review RFPs, extract requirements, evaluation criteria and submission instructions.
• Gather technical inputs, draft and format proposal sections, and control versioning of documents.
• Maintain proposal templates, knowledge repositories and conduct quality‑assurance checks before submission.
• Collaborate with business development, finance and project teams to compile accurate technical and financial information.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the proposal process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Business, Public Policy or a related discipline.
• Experience in development consulting, preferably within water, energy or environmental projects involving international donors or public institutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working in multicultural teams and commitment to inclusivity, sustainability and ethical practice.
