Python Software Engineer – Fintech Payments

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Python Software Engineer to join our fintech team. You will work on payment integrations, data analysis, and operational improvements, helping us deliver reliable payment solutions to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate payment providers and fintech solutions via REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot payment‑related issues and support incident resolution.
• Analyze transaction flows, payments and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance and Finance on payment initiatives.
• Generate reports and dashboards using payment and transaction data.
• Assist in evaluating and onboarding new payment methods, providers and fintech partners.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in fintech, payments or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs and JSON data.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.

Required skills

• Python (Flask or Django).
• REST API development and consumption.

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – preferred.
