ICT Support Expert

About the role

The ICT Support Expert will coordinate supplier onboarding, manage sourcing activities and oversee vendor contracts for ICT projects within Orange’s ecosystem. The role ensures smooth project execution by linking finance, legal, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier due‑diligence, validate documentation and support requestors to onboard vendors into Orange’s financial system.
• Manage sourcing for ICT projects: create purchase requisitions, submit selection forms and work with the Sourcing team to issue purchase orders.
• Lead the GIC process, review and validate presentations, submit requests and monitor approval workflows.
• Maintain the ICT repository, organize folders, update tracking logs and ensure all project documentation is stored correctly.
• Administer vendor and partner contracts in the Legal Management system, track feedback and ensure signatures.
• Oversee project closure and supplier payment release, verify alignment with purchase orders and secure necessary approvals.
• Coordinate penalty assessments for delivery delays and manage release of supplier bonds.
• Provide cross‑functional support to Presales, Sales, Project Management, Performance and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• University degree in MIS, CIS or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of experience in ICT sourcing, contract and legal management, and budget tracking.
• Strong knowledge of internal sourcing processes (PR, SSF, PO, goods receipt) and emerging telecommunications technologies.
