Quality Assurance Specialist – Spanish/English Bilingual

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Specialist who will support the performance of our retail stores and employees. The role ensures that every location follows Metro by T‑Mobile’s Store Operating Standards (SOS) and company policies while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor store operations with a checklist to verify compliance with SOS.
- Identify policy violations, issues, or improvement areas.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and submit daily reports summarising observations and findings.
- Report incidents, security concerns, or irregularities promptly.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, administrative studies, or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
