About the role
A company is looking for a motivated intern to join its Quality Department. The internship offers practical experience in customer feedback collection and data analysis, together with exposure to quality management and ISO 9001.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers and carry out customer satisfaction surveys.
- Enter, organize and maintain accurate survey data.
- Analyse responses and help prepare reports summarising the findings.
- Support the Quality Department with documentation and day-to-day activities.
- Learn about ISO 9001 requirements and quality management practices.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Interest in data analysis, customer experience and quality management.
- Availability for a 1-2 month internship.
Required skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
