R&D Formulation

About the role

The R&D Formulation team is looking for a qualified pharmacist to lead formulation and process development activities for new and existing pharmaceutical products. You will work in a GMP‑compliant environment, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Document and maintain all Formulation Section procedures in the company’s documentation system.
• Implement GMP and GLP requirements across the Formulation Section.
• Apply SOPs for equipment handling, calibration, maintenance, cleaning, and safety.
• Perform troubleshooting of defects in coordination with the responsible manager and cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct pre‑formulation studies, formulation design, optimization, and process design for new products.
• Modify existing formulations or processes to address stability or specification issues.
• Execute R&D batches for stability testing and support first three production batches.
• Prepare technical documentation such as formulas, batch records, product and raw material specifications, and development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical formulation and process development.
• Very good command of English.
