Receptionist at Eye Care Centre

About the role

Sharif Eye Centers (SEC) is seeking a professional, presentable, and customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors in its Amman clinic. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the centre’s commitment to five‑star hospitality and high‑quality eye care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a courteous and professional first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate patient flow and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing clear information and directing calls as needed.
• Provide administrative support to keep the front‑desk operation smooth and efficient.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to centre policies.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or a healthcare environment (medical centre experience is a plus).
• Professional appearance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Good command of Arabic and English preferred.
