About the role
The Regional HR Officer will support the Eurasia & North Africa team by delivering high‑quality HR services, ensuring compliance with policies, and promoting Tearfund’s Christian values.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Regional HR Business Partner with HR administration, recruitment, training and delegated project work.
- Communicate, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures across country offices.
- Provide advice and support to staff to ensure fair, transparent employment practices and equal opportunities.
- Maintain accurate HR data and files in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in international development or humanitarian sectors.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational, administrative and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage small projects.
Required skills
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and databases.
- Hands‑on monthly payroll administration.
- Proficient IT skills.
