Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will join Verdun International Company L.L.C. in Amman to ensure that all healthcare products meet local and international regulatory standards. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on preparing, reviewing, and maintaining regulatory documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory dossiers for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics.
• Ensure compliance with Jordanian Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) regulations and relevant international guidelines.
• Compile and submit regulatory applications and amendments to the JFDA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to gather required information.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• At least 1 year of experience in regulatory documentation and submission to the JFDA.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for healthcare products.
• Prior exposure to medical devices or cosmetics regulatory affairs is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
