Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Regional Markets)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Regional Markets will be based in Jordan and will manage a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients while originating new cross‑border business opportunities. The role leverages the bank’s international network to deliver tailored solutions and requires regular international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
• Build strong relationships with CEOs, CFOs, business owners and key decision‑makers.
• Originate new‑to‑bank and cross‑border business opportunities.
• Develop client strategies to increase revenue, profitability and share of wallet.
• Cross‑sell solutions across lending, trade finance, cash management, deposits and treasury.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Credit, Risk, Product and international teams to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, profitability and emerging risks.
• Maintain effective account plans, pipelines and client records.
• Travel internationally to strengthen relationships and originate new business.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in corporate, commercial or global banking.
• Proven experience in relationship management, credit assessment and business development.
• Experience in cross‑border or international banking is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking and Treasury Sales (mandatory).
• Good understanding of Trade Finance and Structured Trade Finance (advantage).
• Strong financial analysis, commercial judgment and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
